Fogg's early exit will have lasting effects
Bottom of the 4th inning and the Cubs are currently thumping on the Reds 10-1. Reds starting pitcher, Josh Fogg lasted only 2 innings, giving up 9 earned runs. It's hard to believe that it could get much worse but it probably will. Due to Fogg's early exit the bullpen has to pick up the slack and the Reds don't have another day off until May 1... this means an extremely exposed and taxed bullpen.
