- Tiger Stadium gets a couple of more months on death row. I'm really happy to hear this because once I get settled into my new place in NW Ohio, my parents are going to come up for a Detroit Tigers game. My dad is a huge fan of the 1968 Detroit Tigers and attended a few games at Tiger Stadium during the '68 season. I was hoping to take him by there on our way to Comerica Park.
- Ken Griffey, Jr., who lives in the Orlando area, has told friends that he might consider a trade to the Tampa Bay Rays. Who would have ever thought that Junior would have a better chance winning a title (or at least going to the World Series) with the Rays than the Reds!
- MLB hopes to have an instant replay system before season's end. Sacrilege.
- One of my all-time favorite Reds is back in Cincinnati. Sean Casey is back in town as the team that ESPN calls "The Nation" *dry heaves* invades GABP. Read Hal McCoy's blog post on the return of "The Mayor."

I have been kinda consumed by packing up for my impending move on Monday, so here are some links to stories that I found interesting.
